We do not require you to use any particular vendors of any type. We welcome all vendors!

 

DAILY FACILITY FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Free Wi-Fi on site

  • 14 hours of facility use

  • Preset tables and chairs

  • Personal onsite supervisor

  • Use of all load-in and load-out equipment

  • Use of all tables and our beautiful walnut chiavari chairs with ivory cushions

  • Free trash disposal

  • Unlimited use of Caterer’s Kitchen

  • Use of available ice from facility ice machine

  • All onsite consumables (paper towels, trash bags, etc).

“The Engine Room is so magical! The natural beauty of the building made for the perfect venue. The outdoor space was perfect for a cocktail party. The indoor space was plenty for dinner tables, food tables, bar, dessert, and of course a dance floor. The bride and groom suites were great! The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
